You need
1 oz Espadin Mezcal (e.g. San Cosme)
0.5 oz Pastis (e.g. Argalà)
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic
- Ice
- Ice cubes
- Garnish
- Orange & Peychaud’s bitters
- Technique
- build in glass

Preparation

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour in Mezcal, Pastis, lime juice and simple syrup and stir it.

Fill up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic.

Garnish with an orange zest and 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters.
