The lighter, more bitter cousin of the spritz. Aperol Tonic keeps it simple with bittersweet Aperol and Thomas Henry Tonic Water over plenty of ice.

You need

: 1.5 oz Aperol
Thomas Henry Tonic Water
Ice: Ice cubes
Garnish: Orange
Technique: build in glass
Glass: longdrink / wine glass

Preparation

Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour in Aperol.
Fill up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water.
Garnish with an orange slice.
