1 oz UNDONE No.7 – This is not Orange Bitter
0.75 oz red verjus
Thomas Henry Tonic Water
Ice cubes
Garnish: lemon

Preparation

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour in UNDONE No.7 and red Verjus.

Top off with Thomas Henry Tonic Water.
