Fizzky Sour

Bourbon, pineapple and rhubarb blended to a frozen sour, then topped with Botanical Tonic.
You need
1 1/3 oz bourbon
1 oz pineapple syrup
1/3 oz rhubarb liqueur
Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic
- Ice
- Ice cubes
- Garnish
- Lemon twist and fresh mint
- Technique
- Blender
- Glass
- Highball or tumbler
Preparation

Add everything except the tonic to a blender with ice.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a chilled glass.

Top with Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic.
